Five Star Clinics
The Five Star Basketball Clinics offer basketball skills and drills every school holidays and selected weekends in a number of different formats and various locations around Adelaide.
The formats include five-day clinics, two-day clinics and skills workshops, such as the Shot Doctor Shooting Workshops.
Each clinic features coaching by high-level coaches and players, including players and coaches from the Adelaide 36ERS and Adelaide Lightning, as well as ABA coaches and players.
The Five Star Basketball Clinics are managed and directed by two of South Australia's most well-known basketball identities - Brett Maher and Rupert Sapwell.
Brett is an ex-36ERS captain, triple Olympian, triple NBL Championship winner, dual Larry Sengstock Medalist and arguably the greatest player South Australia has ever produced.
Rupert is also a triple NBL Championship winner, ex-NBL coach and coach of state and national champions at ABA level. He was Central ABA Coach of the Year in 2007 & 2009, championship coach in 2008 & 2009 and is currently the 36ERS academy coach, helping to develop the best 18-23 NBL prospects in the state.
